February 2007 Changed the trade name of the Company from Chubu Kagaku Kikai Seisakusho to weava japan inc.
June 2007 Began sales of the airweave mattress pad.
June 2011 Concluded Brand Ambassador agreement with figure skater Mao Asada.
August 2011 Participated in a “multi-support” project with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
August 2012 Established airweave (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
October 2012 Changed the trade name of the Company to airweave inc.
June 2013 Nagahama Plant began operation.
November 2013 AIRWEAVE PTE. LTD. was established.
May 2014 airweave, LLC was established.

April 2016 Concluded an agreement with The Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games to serve as the Official Bedding Partner for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games.
August 2017 The first street-level airweave store, located in the SoHo district of New York City, closed its doors.
September 2017 airweave manufacturing and airweave holdings were merged into airweave.
July 2018 A joint research project with Stanford University from 2011 to 2012 was featured in PLOS ONE, an American scientific journal. The study measured factors such as brain waves, core temperature and rectal temperature to study sleep and sleep-related biological indicators.
April 2019 Entered the wellness business.
July 2020 A joint research project with Stanford University from 2013 to 2015 at IMG Academy, a sports training institution in Florida, was featured in Scientific Reports, a journal published by Nature Research.
December 2020 Tokyo Head Office was moved from Chuo City, Tokyo to Chiyoda City, Tokyo.
July 2021 Supplied 18,000 units of bedding to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Village.
September 2021 Ended operations in Singapore.
January 2022 Concluded an agreement with The Japanese Olympic Committee to serve as the Official Bedding Partner for TEAM JAPAN.
